I thought it was a decent PPV there wasnt really any bad matches and the tempo was kept up throughout. My one complaint though was the Rumble match itself there were way to many eliminations in the style of new guy enters then is thrown over the rope soon after, Punks performance was great though a saving grave for the match a slight pity he did not last longer. Suprising though was Beth Phoenix entering the rumble which i thought was fucking great im a big fan of hers by far the most talented womens wrestler the company has and its a nice change of pace. Brings back memories of Chyna, im just wondering now if this means she will take up a similar role that Chyna had. Last but not least EDGE RETURNING AND WINNING THE RUMBLE = AMAZING, a moment that was too good to put into words. |

Unfortunately I didn't get to watch it. But I was quick to learn the results afterwords. Edge returning, and winning is very cool news. I just wish I could have seen it. Could you tell from his performance, or actions rather he will be a face or heel? As for Beth Phenox.. I really don't see her being anything like the next Chyna. I think Natalya is the best female wrestler right now, not Pheonox. I'm glad Miz kept his US Title.. Miz is my favorite on Raw in recent weeks. His mic skills are getting amazing! I am disappointed though that Rey didn't win. The Undertaker is a deserving champion, but a dreadfully boring one as well. And Rey should have one that on. Looks like Money in the bank for Rey this year. Speaking of MOTB. If Punk wins, I'll riot in my living room! |

The Glamazon spoke to WWE.com last night about the experience and had some very harsh words for the first woman to enter the Rumble, former Diva Joanie "Chyna" Laurer. Phoenix told WWE.com, "Despite Chyna 's accomplishments [in the Rumble]. I eliminated The Great Khali. Seven-foot-three, 420 pounds. No small feat." She then rips into Chyna, questioning whether she's a man or woman. "I am WWE's Glamazon. Chyna was WWE's Ninth Wonder of the World … mostly called so because people wondered whether she was a man or a woman. I often wonder this, myself." Phoenix admits that she used to look up to Chyna, but would destroy her today if the two ever fought in the ring. "Chyna would have had a slight size advantage in her primebut I'll tell you what Chyna was missing and that was heart ... Chyna got comfortable, she got soft in her position. I'm quite the opposite. I get better and better. In the ring, toe-to-toe with me, Chyna doesn't compare." |

From what happened on Smackdown it seems he is a face which is a nice change of pace i think its expected to have a Jericho vs Edge match at mania. I agree with that Taker is becoming a bit stale but he can still perform with the likes of Micheals but putting him with Rey its was certain Rey wouldnt be getting the title neither do i think he should have the MITB it would be a waste we have all seen Rey in way to many title matches and i giving the case to him would be a waste. Thinking about the MITB looking at the roster its hard to see who they would give it to the only ones that seem possible are Matt Hardy or Christian i would of put Morrison in there but i have to admit i dont see Morrison in his current state as a main eventer due to his mic skills all his promos are like he is reading it from a bit of paper. If Morrison had a personal feud with someone so the fans and everyone could see more of the Morrison character it would help him so much. |

Rey is great in ladder matches, so I think he should definitely get a spot in the MITB match. Even if he doesn't win. Morrison is the same. Ziggler would be another good talent for this match I think. And of course Christian. And as much as I can't stand him CM Punk should be involved, though I hope he doesn't win. As for Chyna and Phoenix.. Chyna was a million times better than Phoenix, in every way. There's really no comparison. |
