While Mick Foley is expected to return to the squared circle in October at TNA Wrestling's Bound for Glory pay-per-view event, he is no longer considered a long-term in-ring option by those within the organization. On the night of the company's big angle where Fortune assaulted EV2.0, the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion was instructed to lie down when the lights went out to give the audience the impression that he was laid out during the sequence. While it's possible this will play into the storyline, there aren't many people within TNA who feel they can count on him to put on a good match at this point. |
