I'm need of a logo of some kind for my blog, I really don't like the way it looks at the moment but I'm out of ideas. http://distressedwasteland.blogspot.com/ The logo would need to use the name Distressed Wasteland but other than that it could be anything, though some a bit urban gritty yet still keeping a clean look to the site. |

I'd love to give it a shot... I could use the practice. For a while I was really getting into logo design, but switched over to web design when I learned that Photoshop isn't ideal for creating logos. But, if you only plan to use the logo for online use... PS will do just fine; and if so, then I'll have a go at it as soon as I get a day off from work. ... if that ever happens... Let me know if you have any more ideas or info. |

| I just updated the design, before it was black and red and it looked cheap and nasty. The new look has a natrual colour tone, I like it I'm not that sure about the background yet but it's an improvement either way. |

I really like the new look; nice and clean. : ) And I apologize about not working on your logo. I have so much going on right now. I barely touch my new computer. I'll still have a go at it though, if I can ever find the time. As for design ideas... your blog seems to be focusing more and more on comics lately. Why not bring that into the design somehow? Maybe mix a "distressed wasteland" look, with a comic book feel? Not sure if, or how that would work, but it would be sweet if you could figure it out! :-D |
